Hot and Cold

I wake up and am really warm in my bed. I get out of bed and am cold. I have a shower, parts of me under the water are warm, parts of me not under the water are cold. I get out of the shower and wrap big fluffy towel around me, I am warm. I have to remove towel to get dressed, I am cold. I get dressed, I am warm. I set out to work, it is cold outside therefore I am cold. During the walk to work I get quite warm. I get into the office. I am warm when I get in after the walk in. The office is a very cold place, before long I am cold. If my internal thermometer worked properly I feel this would not all be so much of a problem.
